If accepted, transfer students can receive up to a maximum of 30 credits in equivalent courses from diploma to degree. Graduates of the Architectural Technologies diploma are granted a maximum of 57 transfer credits toward the 120 credits required to complete the degree. Students are expected to have university-level writing skills upon entry into this program. Writing skills will be assessed during the admission process. Those who do not have university-level writing skills should enroll in an introductory first-year English composition course. If additional lower-level credits are required to meet program requirements, a wide variety of courses are available. Graduates of the Bachelor of Technology program also have the option of using many of their courses as prerequisites towards Thompson Rivers University's Masters of Business Administration.
